Shipping Policy

At Bannhi, we understand how important is to deliver your products in perfect condition and on time. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we have partnered with reputable courier services .

What is the cost of shipping ?

Domestic: We provide FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for ordered products.

International: International shipping charges are calculated based on the order’s weight, size, and destination. 

For all international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges levied by the destination country must be borne by the customer. These charges are applied once the shipment reaches the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price. 

We does not have control over customs duties and taxes and is unable to predict or estimate these charges. They vary from country to country, and we recommend customers check with their local customs office before placing an order. 

Any delays caused due to customs clearance procedures are beyond Bannhi’s control. We are not liable for delivery delays arising from such situations. 

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes and the shipment is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, Bannhi will not be responsible for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations 


What is estimated delivery Time ?

We religiously aim to dispatch the products within 3-5 working days to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order if the product is ready or might take 7-10 working days in case of Made to Order.

Please note during festivals, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances and dependency on courier company there can be processing and shipping delays.

Your orders will only be processed and packed during workings hours i.e 10.30AM -6PM , Monday - Saturday exclusive of public holidays)
